I’m Greg and I make things with digital tools. I’m part designer, part developer and part storyteller with an expertise in open government and digital transparency. My primary focus is on building online platforms designed to realize the embedded promise of the Internet as the great democratization tool of our age.
In the fall of 2010, I co-founded WAYFOR, an online political action tool kit designed to help American citizens connect with their lawmaker in Washington around the current political issues shaping our country. WAYFOR is a response the the voicelessness ordinary people feel in the face of a political system driven by corporate and special interests. It will be released in Public Beta this spring.
In the spring of 2010 I graduated from the Masters program in Design + Technology at Parsons School for Design where I focused my studies on interface and interaction design, data visualization, information architecture and web development. I’m proficient across the entire Adobe Creative Suite as well several programming languages including: PHP, Python, Ruby, ActionScript, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX, HTML and CSS.
